Application criteria
- The applicant should be willing to sign an exclusive contract with CM Pak.
- Than applicant's financial viability should be strong.
- As channel partner will be required to make reasonable investment in the following:
- Logistics i.e. delivery of SIMs and getting documents.
- Hiring and retaining efficient and reliable sales and customer service staff.
- A service set up with experience of working as vendor / Distributor or Franchise with any cellular operator will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to applicant holding a masters degree from a recognized institute.
- Call Center related experience is a must. Have an active outbound call center
- Experience of selling any post paid subscription especially in an industry where prepaid is present.
- Having some experience of either working with or making a Loyalty Program for any product or service.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Establishing and organizing out bound call center as per given standards.
- Managing a Call Center and distribution Operations team in accordance with given standards
- Acquiring customers and retaining them.
